Md. Tanjir Omor Faruq, born on August 28, 1988, in Dhaka, is an influential entrepreneur and human rights activist. He is the youngest son of Mr. Tofazzal Hossain Bhuyian, a retired service holder, and Mrs. Aleya Begum, a homemaker. Faruq excelled academically from an early age, becoming the first student to earn a GPA 5 in the Business Studies group at Mohammadpur Govt. High School. After completing his H.S.C. at Dhaka City College, he pursued the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) but always valued interest-based learning over formal degrees. Faruq's intellectual curiosity led him to complete a variety of courses, including Fundamentals of Neuroscience from HarvardX, From Poverty to Prosperity from OxfordX, and Exercising Leadership from HarvardX, among others.
A determined, confident, and charismatic individual, Faruq has demonstrated excellence in business and organizational management, leadership, and team building. His visionary approach and commitment to growth and excellence have been integral to his success. Faruq holds memberships in several prestigious organizations, including the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the Bangladesh Indenting Agents' Association (BIAA), the Electronics Safety & Security Association of Bangladesh (ESSAB), the Bangladesh-Malaysia Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BMCCI) and the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI). He is also a member of the Entrepreneurs Club of Bangladesh (E-Club), Uttara Model Club Ltd. (UMCL), BOF Golf Club, and the Rotary Club of Mirpur Central. Furthermore, he served as a Former Local Director of Junior Chamber International Bangladesh (JCI).

M. Mahmudur Rashid, born on September 2, 1990, in Dhaka, is a dynamic entrepreneur, visionary leader, and co-founder of Grasshopper Group. His father, the late Professor Md. Harun-Or-Rashid, was the Head of the Department of English at Mohammadpur Central University College, while his mother, Mrs. Hamida Begum, is a homemaker. Rashid is married to Ms. Farhia Nowrin.
Rashid demonstrated leadership early in life, serving in the Bangladesh Youth Red Crescent Society and Bangladesh National Cadet Corps (BNCC) during his school years at Mohammadpur Govt. High School. He continued his education at Dhaka Commerce College and, during his college years, became involved in business activities. Rashid is known for his self-confidence, dynamism, and forward-thinking approach.
He served as President of JCI Dhaka Entrepreneurs in 2017 and President of the Rotary Club of Mirpur Central in 2021-2022. Rashid is also the Vice President of the Electronics Safety and Security Association of Bangladesh (ESSAB) and serves as a Director of both the Bangladesh Indenting Agents’ Association (BIAA) and Bangladesh-Malaysia Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BMCCI). Additionally, he was the Convener for the 6th International Fire, Safety and Security Expo (IFSSE) in 2019.
Rashid holds a degree in Marketing from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST) and completed his MBA at United International University. He also pursued further professional development, including the Leadership Certificate in Managerial Communication (LCMC) from IBA, University of Dhaka, and received training in various areas, such as Fire Safety Management, Communication Skills Development, and Rescue and Evacuation.
He is an international member of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) in the USA and is affiliated with several prestigious organizations, including the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI), the Entrepreneurs Club of Bangladesh (E-Club), and the Uttara Model Club Ltd. (UMCL). Rashid is also a member of Sylhet Club Ltd., BOF Golf Club, Leaders Forum Bangladesh, and several other professional and business groups. He serves as a General Body Member of FBCCI and chairs/co-chairs multiple standing committees.
