Grasshopper Limited established in July 1, 2008. It is a manufacturing enterprise of Grasshopper Group. This is the first initiative of Grasshopper Group. It is an efficient manufacturer, marketer and exporter of home textile goods; gamcha, towels, bedsheets and fabrics.The company is producing 100% cotton products. In 2008 the company was formed as a partnership business and started it business with trading of gamcha, the traditional Bengali towels. Then, in 2010 we started our first manufacturing unit in Sirajgonj,a handloom based manual production facility. In 2012, we started our second production facility at Kunarkhali, Khustia to produce the towels. It is a power loom based production. In the same year the company was converted to a joint stock (private limited) company. Currently, Grasshopper Limited is doing its business under the Company Act, 1994 of Peoples Republic of Bangladesh.
